Chiropractic Care

A chiropractic adjustment is a hands-on therapeutic procedure commonly performed by chiropractors to alleviate pain, improve joint function, and enhance overall well-being. By applying a controlled and precise force to specific areas of the spine the practitioner is able to correct restrictions that may be inhibiting the body from functioning to its highest potential. Chiropractic adjustments can be used in other areas outside of the spine such as the jaw, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hips, knees, ankles and feet.

Clinical Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the treatment of soft tissue (muscle, connective tissue, tendons & ligaments) through various techniques. We work with a wide range of ages, patients, and conditions from acute to chronic. Massage therapy can be used to help with stress management, repetitive strains from work tasks or postures, involvement in sports training as well as workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents.

Functional Rehab & Pilates Rehab

The goals of therapeutic exercise can vary depending on the individual's needs and condition. Some common objectives include:

  1. Restoring range of motion: Therapeutic exercises may target specific joints or muscle groups to enhance flexibility, increase joint mobility, and restore normal movement patterns.
  2. Strengthening muscles: Exercises designed to strengthen muscles can help individuals regain muscle function, improve stability, and prevent further injuries.
  3. Improving athletic performance: Everyone could use a little help - from the weekend warrior to the professional athlete.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a time-tested healing practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that involves the gentle insertion of fine needles at specific points on the body to stimulate natural healing and restore balance. It is commonly used to relieve pain, reduce stress, improve sleep, and support overall wellness.
