Originally from Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, Sydney Baker is a licensed massage therapist with three years of hands-on experience in the spa industry. She is a graduate of the massage therapy program at Wake Technical Community College, where she built a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client-centered care.
Sydney has worked exclusively with Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, where she has honed her skills in both relaxation and therapeutic massage. She specializes in trigger point therapy, using targeted techniques to relieve chronic tension and muscular discomfort.
Passionate about helping clients reduce pain and return to their daily routines with greater ease, Sydney focuses on delivering thoughtful, personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs.
